Business Visa
(Non-B/IB)

This visa is required for short-term or long-term stays in Thailand for profit-making activities such as employment, business trips, and work. 

Our BM can change or extend your visa within Thailand without leaving a third country. In addition, on the day of changing or extending your visa, it can be processed quickly without waiting.

When applying for a visa change, the number of visa days remaining in the passport must be at least 15 to 20 days.

Work Permit
Work Permit

A work permit is a permit required for foreigners working in Thailand. It must be applied for and issued separately from a business visa at the relevant labor office. 

In addition, since a work permit specifies a fixed place of work, duty and position, any changes in work details must be reported immediately to the relevant labor office.

Retirement Visa
(Non-O:Retirement)

A retirement visa is a residence visa that can be issued to foreigners aged 50 or older.

During the period of stay in Thailand on a retirement visa, any income-generating activities such as employment are prohibited. In addition, only those who are 50 years of age or older as of the visa application date are eligible for issuance.

Our BM also provides services such as opening a bank account and certificate of deposit balance required for visa issuance, so you can process it by simply submitting documents including your passport.

Accompanying Visa
(Non-O)

A companion visa or accompanying family visa is a residence visa that can be issued to other family members who have a Thai non-immigrant visa or Thai nationality. Accompanying types of visa are classified in various ways as follows.

1. Employment Family Accompanying Visa

This visa grants the right to accompany and stay with a family member who is staying in Thailand for profit-making purposes. There must be a family member who holds a Thai employment visa (Non-B), and in this case, both the spouse and children can be issued at the same time.

2. Marriage Visa/Thai Spouse Accompanying Visa

Marriage Visa, or Thai Spouse Accompanying Visa, is a visa that allows a foreigner who has registered marriage with a Thai national spouse to stay in Thailand. The marriage must be registered in Thailand and a Thai marriage certificate is required when applying for a visa. 

If you registered your marriage in Thailand after registering it in South Korea, you will need a Thai marriage certificate. We at BM provide services from changes to extensions.

3. Guardian Visa/Study Accompanying Visa

This visa is issued to parents who have children studying abroad in Thailand. Depending on the number of children holding an education visa, a visa can be issued to parents. 

If there is only one child studying abroad, only one parent can be issued the visa as a guardian.

Education Visa
(Non-ED)

Education Visa, also known as Student Visa, is issued to foreign students studying in Thailand at educational institutions such as elementary, middle, high school, university, language school, martial arts school, etc. 

It can be Issued to anyone from general elementary, middle, and high school students to adult students studying specialized fields. Specialized fields include languages (Thai, English, etc.), martial arts, cooking, yoga, etc.

Elite Visa
(Elite Visa)

The Elite Visa is the world’s first national membership program for foreigners by the Thai government, and is a long-term visa that allows a stay of 5 years to up to 20 years. The benefits and privileges provided vary depending on the package price.

Electronic Visa
(E-VISA)

An electronic visa is a visa that can be applied for and issued in advance before entering Thailand from South Korea or a foreign country. You can receive all types of visa ,except elite visa, such as employment visa, education visa, retirement visa, etc.

K-ETA
(Korea Electronic Travel Authorization))

K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization system that requires foreigners entering South Korea without a visa or visa-free to obtain permission before entering the country. Citizens of countries that previously allowed visa-free entry must apply for before entering South Korea, and Thai nationals are also included.

Re-Entry
(Re-Entry)

A visa called a re-entry permit is required for foreigners who hold a Non-immigrant Visa (not a short-term tourist visa) when leaving Thailand for a third country.

Cambodia Overland Visa Run is a system that allows visa extension in half a day for those who have difficulty or inconvenience in going to a third country.
